Introduction

The metering pump is a high-pressure axial piston pump, and the high viscosity special pump is mainly used for conveying and measuring polyurethane liquid.

Performance characteristics

The measurement accuracy of various flow is high; the flow rate is adjusted manually by hand wheel with accurate measurement scale, and the operation is stable; the working pressure can reach 25MPa; the inlet pressure is low, which can transport high viscosity liquid; through the use of special matching materials and special seals, the pump parts are compatible with the materials (polyhydroxy compounds and isocyanates) delivered by the pump.

Converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. When the motor drives the main shaft of the pump to rotate, the cylinder body is driven to rotate by the connecting rod plunger. Because the axis of the cylinder block and the axis of the main shaft form an angle, the plunger cylinder body makes reciprocating motion, and the volume of the plug hole in the cylinder body changes. When the volume changes from small to large, the medium is inhaled from the suction port of the pump, and enters the plug hole through the low-pressure window of the port plate. When the volume changes from large to small, the medium is discharged from the pump outlet through the high-pressure window of the port plate. In this way, the spindle rotates for one cycle, and each plug hole completes the process of suction and exclusion.
